ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for an ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP position with a local manufacturing company in Emmaus, PA. This ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP will be responsible for handling calls and assisting customers with any questions or concerns regarding their accounts. In this ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP role, you will also be taking customer orders and also entering logistics and operations information into the computer database and managing confidential information. DUTIES Answer and screen incoming telephone calls File and perform database maintenance Maintain files with production records by machines Entering orders from clients into the company database Provide administrative support to the logistics team Provide clerical support in filing, copying, scanning, distributions, etc. Manage and organize special projects as assigned Handle shipping and receiving duties as assigned Prepare and maintain various excel spreadsheets For more information, please call 610-882-1700 or send your resume to Lehigh.Valley@OfficeTeam.com

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
