Job Duties:

Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of New Vitae Wellness & Recovery

Screen and phone interview potential candidates; conduct in-person interviews with local candidates

Manage the applicant tracking system to monitor and record recruiting activities and efforts

Utilize effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified candidates

Determine the eligibility of candidates

Facilitate orientations

Develop a broad knowledge of the insurance industry and deep understanding of the company

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.


The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting/sourcing (health care is highly desirable.)

Experience with an applicant tracking system

Highly motivated.

Possess the desire to grow with the office and the company.

You must demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

Be goal-oriented

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
